"Can't think of a better place to stay, we travel quite a bit and without a doubt this was the coziest and most charming place we've ever stayed in. Waking up to the aroma of fresh baked baguettes and croissants, cooked and served by the owners Antoine and/or Antonella who are just delightful. Will definitely come back and we fully recommend it. "Large spacious property with excellent facilities. Large rear garden with hot tub and sauna. Great communal area. Host’s are charming and welcoming. Garage to store cycles. Good parking. Room was large. Very comfortable beds. Everything was clean and tidy. Ideally suited for Alpe d’huez. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Excellent accommodation. The hospitality is first class, both friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a very comprehensive continental type. We also had dinner which was also excellent. It was a set menu but again was excellently cooked and presented and was unbelievably great value. Top marks alround"

"We really enjoyed this place. Room is quite small but in a cozy sort of way. We took the downstairs room with the terrace which meant that for most of the time we were sitting outside. Bed is very comfortable. What really makes the place is the owner who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome in a very unintrusive way. Also highly recommend her scrambled egg. Something that the listing doesn't make clear is that parking is really easy. The place is a hamlet with just 2 houses and the road...

"We arrived to check in and were told there was no availability. Having booked months in advance from Australia we weren’t impressed! We had paid in full upfront and had confirmation. We are still to hear back from hotels.com and no sign of a refund yet! Not happy"

Good mountain retreat
"Nice Alpine hotel. Comfortable rooms . Excellent service at the reception. The staff at the reception go the length to help u out to ur every need. Although There is one particular male staff member who needs to get his act straight. He is in the restaurant. I dont want to mention what ihave been through, but i have to say, he is a black mark on the entire hotel. I preferred not to dine in hotel the second day only because of the experience i have faced. The food was good. Its the whole experienc and service i have been through is still shocking for this 5 star hotel. He certainly doesnt deserve to work here and certainly the customer doesnt need to be put through such racist experience after paying 5 star price at a 5 star hotel. Other than this unfortunate staff member at the restaurant, everything else was good. The spa was very relaxed and the staff was very polite and helpful there. "
