"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in the Alps. The rooms are simple , but very clean and well maintained. The owners are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent – very close to the ski slopes and shops, which makes everything convenient and easy. The breakfast was good, fresh, and a great start to the day before skiing. "Great location near gondola with access to bars and restaurants within a quick walk. Not too noisy other than road clearing each morning which isn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast is a small selection but has great cakes and meat. Comfy bed and bath in room which is a must. Great to be able to make tea in communal area. Parking is anywhere on the street so may not be as lucky as we were if you get there at the wrong time. You’ll also need a 4 x 4 car with snow tyres otherwise chains will limit your...

"Didnt enjoy queing for 1 hour to collect sheets and check in then having to walk back 5 mins to hotel with everything inc luggage. Double trundle bed could only be made up as 2 singles and no top sheet... had to sleep next to blankets that werent laundered. Great position in town. Nice view. "

"Really nice vibe, great bar. Location is a bit far from ski schools and shower drains had a bit of a smell but overall a great stay."

"Great place! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the front desk guy spoke English which we really appreciated. The breakfast is okay...not great but not bad--and it's included in the price so no complaints there. Beware this hotel is on the hill so you will need to drive or walk a bit to get back and forth from town but the view is killer so it's worth it."

"The waitress was not very attentive. She did our order wrong and never Came back to check how we were. The gentleman at check in and assisting in bar and restaurant was wonderful and very accommodating "

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good. There's a place to dry your boots and skis, which is nice. The nearest ski hill isn't always open and anyway it's only for experienced skiers, as it's "hors piste." That said, it's only 40 min from Serre Chevalier. The little town is cute. The bed was decent but not amazing. Would probably go back!"
