Really nice vibe, great bar. Location is a bit far from ski schools and shower drains had a bit of a smell but overall a great stay.

We stayed for a week and were very impressed after reading some, not so good earlier reviews, however all became clear as this hotel is now under new ownership. Hotel is on the main strip and only a 5 minute walk to Jandri lift, rooms were clean, comfy bed nice bathroom good choice for breakfast ...

We had a great week of sun at this great chalet. Especially the fire place is super nice. We enjoyed it a lot.

The area is good, but the size is despite the km of piste easy to “play out” in two days if you are advanced skier. There are options for better skiers with Les Grave off piste area and hiking options to various summits.
The property is in Les Deux Alpes, not Mont-de-Lans. (Mont-de-Lans is at the bottom of the free chair lift). A trip to the glacier is well worth the cost of the Gondola ride. Lots of good walking around the area & good days out by car.
