This house, full of character, was built in 1830 with a floor area of 250 sq.m on three floors, and has been renovated with an eye to tradition. It has no neighbouring houses. There is a large plot of land on the adjoining property. The house stands out for its exposed beams, wooden staircases, wooden floors, and antique furniture. It has a 25-sq.m south-facing terrace, a traditional-style bread oven, and storage for ski and boots. The property is 2,500 sq.m. There is a superb and unobstructed view of the Romanche Valley and the mountains of Oisans, as well as ski runs, from Les Deux Alpes to Meije.
Ground floor: Vestibule, 22-sq.m kitchen, two bedrooms (double beds), bathroom with exposed stones, WC, and cellar.
First floor: two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an additional single bed. The 50-sq.m living room has a sofa bed and dry stone walls. Bathroom, WC, and two mezzanines: one 30 sq.m in size facing the bedrooms, another of 40 sq.m with a south-facing balcony and bay windows, perfect for playing games or reading. Heating — built with an eye to comfort: two water heaters and a tiled room with an electrically-heated slab and a wood-burning stove. There is also an electrically-heated ceiling in the large bathroom, the entrance hall, one of the bedrooms, and the mezzanines. The other three bedrooms have radiators. The kitchen has a wood- or charcoal-burning stove and a radiator. The kitchen also has an all-purpose stove, gas and electric, with an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, sandwich press and coffee machine. There is a freezer in the cellar. Other amenities include television, internet and Wi-Fi. Many books, a video game console and various board games can be found in the mezzanine.

Séjour impeccable dans un hameau d’Auris en Oisan, hébergement à l’ancienne mais très sympathique pour un grand groupe, nous étions 14. De poêles à bois plus le chauffage au sol. Seul la propreté à notre entrée n’était pas au niveau de nos attentes. Pour le reste parfait. Attention tout de même l’accès en voiture est difficile si il neige.

Séjour agréable quelques désagréments lors de l’arrivée (remise de clefs). Accès compliqué avec voiture chargée logements non adapté pour enfants en bas âge. Production d’eau chaude insuffisamment dimensionnée pour un logement de 18 personnes aux sport d’hiver ! Le gite est cependant agréable !

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chalet spacieux et atypique proche de la station d Auris et le superbe domaine skiable de l Alpes d Huez, paysage magnifique. Une vue exceptionnelle sur la mezzanine et la terrasse, petit hameau calme où le parking est assez loin du chalet . Serge est hôte bienveillant et accueillant, merci à lui pour sa gentillesse.
