Not sure if this is a one-off, but they had a completely new receptionist at the desk by himself. It took him 45 minutes to check us in. He also asked about my religion after seeing my name, which I felt was inappropriate for customer service and general small talk. The receptionist only acknowledged my boyfriend, regardless of I (female) being the one offering him the booking details as it was under my name. After everything and me signing the form, he handed the key to my boyfriend who was standing off to the side carrying all four of our bag, as well as a "have a good night, sir". I was right in front of him giving him information, so it felt very passive aggressive. The room had red stains all over the curtain and floor, and the bathroom curtain was torn. Tub floor also had black spots on it. We had friends staying at the hotel, as well, and they basically told us "you guys are lucky we love you," to staying a hotel with such poor receptionist knowledge, also taking them about 30 minutes to get checked in.

This is not a typical suite hotel, its an extended stay place. While it does have an exercise room, any other amenities like towel exchanges, room cleaning, sheets, etc. are weekly or on demand. No breakfast, even coffee, which is locked in a room accessible only with a key card. I think there is laundry facilities on site but wityh the general cleanliness, I would stay far away from it. This place needs a lot of love. Hallways are dingy, bathroom faucets drip, rooms are in need of paint, lobby furniture needs replacing, staff needs a refresher on what customer service means. Even the parking lot lights function on motion sensors - not good when you consider the area. At least one positive thing was we didnt have bedbugs, but I did see a medium sized cockroach, so be concerned. At best, there are several restaurants near, and the interstate is very close. Not much else to recommend. I should have read the reviews on Travelosity - all were very bad, and stated when IHG corporate offices were contacted ab out the facility and management, IHG says that its franchised and they arent responsible for franchised propereties (WHAT???). So thats why Im posting on Expedia so that they too know the condition of this location.

Parking lot has plenty of space. The room was clean, my only complaint was the low water pressure. A few cabinets doors were hanging off and I'm sure previous guest are to blame for that.

Fantastic Stay!

The room itself was clean, organized, and had helpful guides regarding to the needs of the guest! The front desk is polite, the parking is spacious and there are various stores / restaurants within a 10 mile radius !

The bed was comfortable and the water hot. Definitely needs some updating. They need a better handyman. Caulk around the base of the tub looked terrible. It was very hard to close my door to get it to stick & lock. It needs adjusting. It shouldn’t take me 5 tries of slamming the door to get it to catch. My shower curtain needs replacing. Refrigerator motor noisey Staff was nice. They’re trying hard to make things better. I give them a B+.
