"4.5/5 Stars – Clean Hotel with Good Service, but Check-In Needs Improvement Overall, I had a good stay at Liberty Suites Hotel in Toronto. The room was good, the hotel was clean, and the customer service was great. My main concern was the check-in process. When you first arrive, you have to leave your car parked illegally on the street just to go up to the 12th floor Hotel Lobby to check in, get instructions for parking, and receive your room key. This is inconvenient and stressful, especially when you’re arriving with luggage. If I were the owner, I would have someone available at the entrance to help guests figure out where to park before they check in. This small change would make the arrival experience much smoother and more welcoming. Other than that, I was happy with my stay. The hotel was clean, the room was good, and the staff provided good service. I would still give it 4.5 out of 5 stars and would consider staying here again."

"★★★★☆ Great value for a comfortable night’s stay We’ve stayed at both Monte Carlo locations in Toronto and found them very similar: clean suites, friendly, hardworking staff, and good value for money. The décor is a little dated, but the heating, air conditioning and blackout curtains work well. Both felt safe, with free parking—and a little lemon water as a bonus! The complimentary breakfast is basic and does the job, though the food isn’t the reason we’d return. The fireplaces are a nice touch, (don't know if they work?). If you want high-end luxury, this probably isn’t your place. If you want a clean, comfortable, affordable room for the night, we happily recommend it. Four stars for value."
