As shown in pictures you will have multiple units, max 3 people in each unit and you will have not only 1 kitchen but 2. Please do not mix up amenities in each unit because they are themed.

All the privacy you want plus you are still together. Great for families coming in and wanting to stay in same place (like a hotel block) or groups on retreats because you can all stay in the same building right next to each other.

So much more comfortable than a hotel. Aurora has so much to do downtown and shopping at the Premium Outlet mall. Paramount theater, Hollywood Casino, Movie Theaters, Water parks, Phillip's Zoo, Golf courses and still within an hour from Downtown Chicago or Starved Rock.

Just because these are ajoining apartments this does not permit parties or events. Also no smoking or vaping in the units or lobby.

★The animal fee is $50 per animal per stay. Max dog size 50lbs Cats must be declawed, any damage to furniture is at the owner's expense. NO MORE THAN 1 PET PER UNIT IN THESE APARTMENT - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT RULES.
★ House-broken animals only. Animals other than dogs and cats must remain in their protected environment (fishbowl, cage, etc., as applicable). Dogs must be taken out for their potty breaks, no pee pee pads only trained dogs. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the apartment. Animals are not allowed on the furniture.
