I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's a short walk from the train station and metro, but still quiet. I cannot express how lovely and helpful the staff are. They really made the experience so much better. They helped with recommendations, directions, and were super accommodating. The hotel also has air conditioning, which was really nice as the weather was humid during our stay.

Lovely hotel right in the center of Torino, very convenient for shopping and dining. Room was comfortable and quiet though shower room could use a refresh. Hotel was happy to store our bicycles on site which was great. Only quibble, and it’s a small detail, but of all the hotels we have stayed at in Italy (at every level), this was the ONLY one that did not provide bottled water for its guests beyond the first day of their stay. For a five star hotel, in the middle of a very hot summer, this seemed a very petty decision.

"Not well connected with public transportation. It’s a student dorm, so it doesn’t have all the facilities an hotel would have (eg, a bar). Also, rooms are not really soundproof, I’ve heard noises in the early morning. However, the studio was big and quite new. Good price/quality ratio overall."
