The high notes of this place is the staff. Friendly and helpful. Room was spacious but quite basic. Very well located. Quiet. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Perfect I totally enjoyed it and my family also. Next time need to spend some more time

Amazing family-friendly hotel with an impressive attention to details from decoration to experience! Nice and clean rooms with good air-conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. Good kitchen with dishwasher - the hotel provides tablets. Downsides are only 4 chairs inside although the room accommodates 6 persons. The bathroom was a bit dark, could need brighter lighting. Outdoor terrace was great with table and grill for barbeque - you need to bring your own coal. Very attentive and helpful staff when we had problems with the TV and missed a sunshade on the terrace. Free parking. Great that the hotel provides free shuttle (large golf car) to the beach. Awesome pirate themed water park! We think it's better suited for families with children up to 12 years due to that it's not very large and the slides are not many or tall. NB. they require special bathing wear - swimsuit, bikini or swimming trunks, no swim shorts. At the day of check-out you're allowed to stay in the water park while the hotel stores your luggage. In all, great hotel with great service - we'd be delighted to come back!

Lovely hotel, well situated for mooching around Bezier. The pool was a great addition and the staff recommended restaurant where we had a lovely meal. Simple but pleasant breakfast, which we could eat outside.

This could be an incredible hotel, the building itself is iconic, with incredible views and has been finished to a high level n a boutique style. If stayed before with my daughter and rebooked with my wife because I wanted her to experience the place but it was just so disappointing. Firstly the restaurant/bar were closed on a Monday/Tuesday so wasn’t open the days we were staying, I understand they might have this listed somewhere but I didn’t realise until being sent the details the day before and, although I can appreciate not doing a food service with no customers I don’t know why they wouldn’t open the bar for residents, we would have loved to have had a drink in the evening and experience the views. Secondly the service is a just pretty lacklustre. Stuff like breakfast not kept stocked up; pretty early in service and eggs left from the beginning of service etc. mistakes on checkout about paying for breakfast (we had B&B) and other charges. I asked for an extension cord for a medical device, as I was leaving the building, and was handed it rather than one of the 3 staff offering to take it to the room etc. The staff were fine, generally professional and polite; so maybe I’m being unfair, but it was just a series of small poor efforts with no smile or willingness to go above and beyond. I’d describe it as budget hotel service in a high end boutique setting and we just found it disappointing. Could be so much better with some higher standards and care.
