Welcome to Casa Luz Del Sur. This comfortable 1/1 Southeast Austin condo located on the 2nd floor offers a light-filled floor plan and serene space. Just 10 minutes from downtown Austin, 1.5 miles from Ladybird Lake, 2.5 miles to Rainey Street, 6.5 miles from the airport, you are centrally located to everything but without the hustle and bustle when it's time to go to bed.

BEDROOM: 2 people, There is a King bed located in the bedroom with ceiling fan for cooler evenings.
LIVING ROOM: If you have 4 guests, not a problem! There is a pull out couch ready for 2 more guests.
There is a pool on the property open from 7am - 10pm (seasonal).
Kids: The condo is not set up for children though I do have a pack and play.

This is an up-and-coming neighborhood with a lot of new builds happening. This neighborhood may not be for everyone, but I hope it will be perfect for you. My condo is located just a few minutes drive from all the places in Austin you want to go. It's an affordable gem in a transitioning neighborhood.

To enter the complex, you must have the gate code.

There is a lot to do in Austin so in my condo you've got access to Austin Travel books, folding chairs to take on adventures, pool towels, a cooler, and a cart to pull your stuff around :) You also have access to a full kitchen with microwave and oven, fridge with ice maker, and dishwasher. I've got everything you need in the kitchen for a meal at home or even frozen margaritas.

Please note: The balcony is off limits and is not included in the rental of this property.

No unauthorized guests, max 4 guests. The Condo balcony is off limits and not included in the rental, do not force door open or go onto balcony.
No smoking or vaping inside of Condo. Seasonal Pool Hours: 7:00am-10:00pm. Striped pool towels available in unit, do not take white towels out of unit
Take trash to the dumpsters from all areas before you leave. Put used towels on the floor in bathroom at checkout. Wash and put away any used dishes.
