We landed around 6 AM and went straight to the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in, which made exploring Montreal so much easier. They were also kind enough to let us leave our luggage again after we checked out since our flight wasn’t until the evening. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip much more convenient and stress-free. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff!

The room was dirty upon entry, they didn't have my child's crib until the 2nd night, the front desk woman was rude and lied a number of times to my wife. They also don't even clean the rooms at night unless you make a special request to have them cleaned according to the woman who works at reception. Not sure if the positive reviews are old or fake but this was FAR from what we expected and I dont know how a place like that is a 4 star property. Shameful conduct from Novotel. Please save your money and go elsewhere, it's not worth it, especially if you have kids.
