Welcome to the Sunset Cabin! This is our 1 bedroom, 1 bath getaway located next to Saybrook Township Park in a cabin community. Beautiful lake view and wonderful sunsets. Only a 5 minute drive to Geneva-on-the-Lake strip, a 7 minute drive to historic Ashtabula Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Spire Institute. Also a perfect place to stay to enjoy all the area wineries. 32" TV with wifi. No pets and no smoking please! Walkway down to the lake. 21 and over please. Community gazebos with a fire pit. Laundry facilities available. Check-in information will be emailed 3 days before arrival.

Walkway down to the water was under construction so there was no lake access. A better view of the lake would have been nice also. Cabin was very clean and had everything you need.

We had not received key code to door before arrival, so had to go to VRBO web site and request it. Once we got in we had a clean, quiet and comfortable cabin. Bedroom was quite warm, so needed to run the air conditioner.Air conditioner was dripping condensation inside the cabin, so we had to put pots under it to catch the drips. Other than those issues, we had a pleasant stay.

Last minute get away!

We just needed a few days away and thought we'd try this cabin...best decision! It was the perfect place for my daughter and I...so cozy, quiet and clean! It was just what we needed for a short relaxing getaway 🙂

There's a short walk to the lake which was beautiful to sit by while we could see the lake from our porch. We met Bob and Reama, the owners, very sweet people. Our cabin was very clean and cozy, we loved our stay!

Mid-week Getaway

The cabin was very nice and comfortable, it had a nice view of the sunset, and the neighborhood was quiet, everything was available that we needed for our short stay. The cabin is close enough to the strip, state park, and restaurants. I would recommend their cabin to our family and friends.

Cabin near Lake Erie

Stayed for four nights. Cabin was very clean and bed was comfortable. Spent a lot of time on the Beach. Owners answered questions in a very timely manner and checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Lovely cabin

It was a lovely cabin, beautiful interior, right by the lake. Only complaint I would have was the tree over our cabin was dropping branches throughout the night which was very loud on the metal roof.

Holiday Treat

This adorable cabin was just perfect for me to stay near the lake and see thousands of huge, beautiful snowflakes fall. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Bed was extraordinarily comfortable and all the electronics were very easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone!

Cozy cabin, we extended our stay for 2 more days. Felt like home and had everything we needed. Handy to restaurants and beaches and family in the area. A small cabin just right for two but big park next door so handy for entertaining.

Cutest Cabin

The cutest little cabin and just what we were looking for on our weekend getaway. Just what you need for two people. Though the place is small it did not feel cramped at all. Clean and updated and in a nice area in Saybrook Park. A short drive to Geneva on the Lake.

Nice cottage

Cottage was really cute and although it was closer to other cottages than expected, it was nice and quiet. I was a little disappointed to find that the area that leads to the water was not very safe as it was actually alot of slippery rocks

Cozy cabin

This was such a cozy cabin, just right for two. Very clean, every kitchen item we needed. Loved sitting on the porch to watch the sunset. Very handy to be next to a park, and handy to drive to Ashtabula or GOTL. Great places to eat nearby, Alessandro’s, Eddie’s Grill, and all the places on Bridge street. Loved the two air conditioners and ceiling fans! And wonderful big fridge with ice maker.
