The hotel is in the process of being remodeled so not everything is updated yet. But our bathroom was updated very nicely, the walls in the room were repainted and the vinyl floors were nice too! The room was very clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay here again.

My room was very clean and comfortable but the hotel could definitely use an overall refresh. I didn’t use any amenities & didn’t stay for breakfast so I can’t comment on those two aspects. However, overall my stay was comfortable.

I stayed at an upscale resort in Vegas a week prior to my stay here and I must say the Wyngate was a much nicer experience. The bed was more comfortable, the staff was friendlier.

The hotel is undergoing a remodel, My room was clean, but the furniture was dated and the couch was stained. I’m sure that will be changed by the time the remodel is complete. The staff was lovely. The breakfast was very good. There were a lot of options. They are located next door to Perkins and Cracker Barrel. The price was very fair. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff is curtious. Always someone is available at front desk. Facilities are going through renovations. Some electrical switches were not working. Bathroom doors were not locking. Limited breakfast options. The breakfast area after renovations looks bright and welcoming.

The property itself was really starting to show its age. The lobby looked like it needed to be swept and mopped. My biggest concern was about the front desk. The staff that worked there appeared sloppy and inefficient. Their clothing was not nice or sharp, but untucked, sloppy, and a poor representation of the company. I wanted to get a receipt for our stay and they said I could get that online. I would really have preferred to have the receipt handed to me. For those of us who are older, getting onto the computer and finding things isn’t always easy. The free breakfast was pretty nice.
