We loved the proximity to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Field as well as the proximity to many restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised at getting complimentary breakfast (which was very good) and complimentary snack like dinners and drinks (max. of 3 each person/night stay, beer and wine only). Water & coffee were available all day and popcorn at late afternoon into early evening. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to catch a Patriots/Browns game.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was not just your typical continental breakfast with a few pastries, this was a full on eggs, sausage, biscuits and fruit. Coffee was fantastic. The staff incredibly friendly whether at the front desk or cleaning up the breakfast area. We had a parking snafu when the confirmation text would not come through and the staff were more than helpful ensuring are parking was taken care of. Hotel is within walking distance of several places to see and excellent restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
