Shower could be cleaned much better should really be checking your employees work. Bed was really uncomfortable, no hot tub but pool was open. Staff was friendly overall the room itself was very nice.

I found this hotel convenient due to its location for my visit and the fact that it was pet friendly and had enough green space for walking my dog. It also was close to food and shopping. The staff were helpful. The room was clean but could use some updates and minor repairs. The hall and elevator often had bad odors but I won’t totally blame this on the hotel. However, my room didn’t smell fresh upon entering. I appreciated the kitchen amenities and the extra space between the “bedroom” and bathroom.

The breakfast was very good. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Was very disappointed that the pool was closed on a holiday weekend! The gym was quite small and not very clean, and one day was not stocked with towels.

Overall, the facility was nice, staff was polite and responsive, and the accommodations were good. It was difficult to regulate the room temperature. Some of my kitchen glasses looked dirty/greasy so I didn't use them. This is a very good location for my needs which were at the nearby hospital. There are lots of restaurants nearby.
