Overall good place to stay!

Overall it was good. Check-in was easy and the lady at the front desk was very nice. Room was clean. The bathroom smelled musky but looked and seemed clean.

It wasn't by far cleanest Red Roof I habe stayed at. Their breakfast was pop tarts, cereal, very small muffins and bananas. I like hot breakfasts. My stay was for the Inkcarceration festival so of course outrageously over priced. What i paid for 1 night would usually be a 3-4 night stay price. Which i knew it would be.

Would love to write a review except we did not get to stay there. The property tried to price gouge us by tripling the price the same day we checked in. I addressed this with the property and Expedia and neither wanted to help. I will not be booking with either again. I will be going back to The Wishmaker we stayed at last year that hotel was extremely accommodating and helpful!!

First off, if I had known that this hotel was tucked away right beside an adult superstore I wouldn't have booked here. Sketchy people hanging around all over the place. We saw a drug deal in the parking lot. My husband woke up in the middle of the night and looked out the window to check out car and saw people parked beside our car smoking either meth or crack (definitely not weed). Also, they charged us an extra fee for our daughter because of a mixup when reserving the room. I understand the extra charge, but honestly I have never had a hotel charge me for an extra person in the room. There is only one way in the hotel, which is inconvenient. Also, check out was at 11:00 but they deactivated our key cards way before that. This caused us to almost get locked out of the room, thankfully my daughter was in the room to let us in. Finally, there was no food or coffee out like what was advertised to us. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

I was on the 1st floor, the room looked clean, However it smelled badly of mold and must, like a wet crawl space, which didn't do my allergies any good. The air conditioner is abnormally loud and sounded like it was treading water, possibly the source of the mold smell. The shower had decent water pressure, the hair dryer was broken, fridge and microwave where clean and the beds were clean and comfortable. Definitely not impressed for the cost.

Not bad for a quick overnight stay, checked in late and checked out early. The room was clean but did have some cosmetic flaws, the halls smelled like smoke but the lady at the desk was really nice and my TV in the room wasn't working, a man came right away to look at it... I guess it was operator error because he got it to work. If i am in the area for similar circumstance, I would stay again.

Decent place to stay during a busy weekend

Hotel was decent for the price. Me, my wife, and her best friend went for Inkcarceration weekend. Check-in was quick and the desk clerk was very friendly. Unfortunately when we got to the room was when we found issues. Booked a double queen room but it had 2 full size beds instead of queens. Beds were very hard and constantly slid all around the room while sleeping. Pillow cases smelled clean but were stained. Shower was very dark because there was only 1 light in the bathroom. Asked for extra towels and toilet paper our first night and didn’t get them til our last night. Room key got shut off the morning of check-out before we got everything out of the room so housekeeping had to let us back in twice. Pros: appearance was very nice after remodel, good water pressure in the showers, and smart tv’s in every room.

The night shift women was very kind and helpful. Our room was musty smelling and so damp that even my supplements became sticky from sitting on the night stand while I showered. The carpet felt damp.

Old hotel that has undergone some refreshing. Unfortunately my shower still had lots of black on caulking, making it look really bad. Unpleasant smell in hallways and room that I suspect was from cleaning solution. Other than this the room was cleaned nicely with a new tv and comfortable bed and soft towels. Right off of highway so expect noise all night.

Decent budget option, but not amazing

The room was ok. The hotel was under renovation during my stay adding additional noise and hallway traffic. Keycard failed twice during my stay, and was fixed both times by staff who told me to just try to keep my phone away from the keycard, but still annoying when you’re on the 3rd floor and have to walk up and down the stairs repeatedly. Roku TV in the room offered some entertainment, but lacked basic cable that I could figure out. There were also previous guests logged in to the apps on the tv, which raised some privacy concerns. Staff was friendly during the day, but night desk worker seemed overwhelmed and stressed. Overall it was a good value for the price, but not the best hotel experience I’ve had.
