Iconic Avalon Beach Bungalow Close to Everything Kill Devil Hills Has to Offer!

Iconic Avalon Beach Bungalow Close to Everything Kill Devil Hills Has to Offer!

8/10 Good
"I realize we are at the beach and that sand spurs are most likely to be outside and they may be an issue but it should be more clearly stated as a yard condition when someone brings a pet. That should be on the property description. I originally saw the location as pet friendly and did not realize there was a pet fee. Seems extreme. But I paid it. The most we've ever payed in other rental locations, was less and that was for a 4-day stay. My error for not noticing the fee as we may have chosen another location. Another issue in the backyard, there's no handrails around the decking leading to the gazebo. There are rugs in different areas in the house like the living room and they have no non-slip backing. Very dangerous. Also the front bedroom has a step down going to it which doesn't have a handrail these are issues that could be a liability for handicap or people who need assistance. With a pet fee and only three nights there seems a little high for off season rates. Sorry to say that, but honest review is what you asked for."
