  • This is a charming, light and bright Catalina cottage on the quiet street of Eucalyptus, the only pedestrian-only street in Avalon. The floor plan of the cottage is original - the two bedrooms located toward the back of the cottage are tandem (you walk through one to get to the other). The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second, or back bedroom, has a queen bed, and single narrow cot/bed, with a half bath, and a private side exit door with a screen door for added ventilation. You will find a full bath with separate tub and shower just before entering the first bedroom. The living space is open and offers a fully equipped kitchen, and a flat panel TV with a DVD player.Free WiFi. This quaint cottage is perfect for a small family. 326E | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).
