  • This is a comfortably decorated two-level condo. The two bedrooms and baths are located on the second floor, and a queen sofa sleeper, daybed, and half bath are on the first floor. You will find tile floors in the entry, kitchen and bathrooms, and carpet throughout rest of condo. | is vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

    ***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.**
    This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups.
    NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules.
    You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.
