Amazing Views - Hamilton Cove Beachfront Villa with large wrap around balcony

Enjoy a private wrap around balcony where you can choose whether you would like sun or shade. Spectacular ocean views from all the rooms. We have an elevated sitting area which you can lounge, read a book or have a glass of wine.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has Viking appliances.
The living room is large and comfortable and has a fireplace.
Also comes with a brand new electric EZGO 2Five. Ride in style.

Ask us for a 10% discount on one way or round trip to Catalina Island taking a helicopter ride.

We also offer beach cabana or umbrella setups, BBQ setups at an additional charge, food delivery. boat picnic setups at an additional charge. If interested in ordering a William Sonoma cheese and cracker plate we would need to know about a week in advance.

Spectacular views!

This corner unit overlooking Catalina Island with a large balcony was amazing! Fun to get around in the golf cart that was provided. Floor plan was perfect for two couples. As rental property owners ourselves, we would have liked to see better maintenance and cleanliness of the unit. but overall, our stay was great.

We had the most amazing stay and was a perfect 30yr Anniversary celebration. The location of this condo has breathtaking views, well furnished and very accommodating management. We will be making this an annual stay!

We stayed here for Christmas! The checkin was simple and very clear. Our host was very attentive and responded quickly even with the holiday. The location was outstanding very quiet and the condo was very well maintained, well furnished and it had beautiful views from every room. We will be renting this place agsin.

Majestic view

The moment you walked in, you fall in love with the place. The views!!!! so amazing and the main bedroom is also a great surprise. I would have given this place 5 stars but found a dirty fork with all of the clean utensils and the towels were musty and smelled dirty.

Second time to this unit

We had a great time our first stay in 2019 and this time as well. Unit is clean and comfy. Main bed is a dream to sleep on. Unit had all the conveniences we needed. Loved that there was a Amazon fire TV to use in each room. One thing to be aware of is that Cruise Ships make port here on Monday -Wednesday, so if crowds are not your thing plan your stay dates accordingly.

Absolutely Beautiful

We have been to Catalina many times and this has been by far the best place we have stayed on the island. Hamilton Cove is a beautiful little community and the condo is impeccable. Beautifully designed and very comfortable. They had all the accessories to really make the most out of the trip. Instructions and directions were clear and concise and made the check in process easy. The ability to use the golf cart included with the stay was a game changer! We loved being able to come and go at our leisure. Excellent stay. 100 percent recommend and we will be staying here again in the future.

Hamilton Cove Stunner

This property is perfect! The layout, and furniture was very comfortable. The location is the best you could ask for. The neighborhood is outstanding… we used the pool, putting course, and beach. We even saw deer everyday. The golf cart was convenient and fun to drive. It was so nice to have a quiet and relaxing break from the main part of the city. Dealing with the property manager was very easy. He responded quickly, and was extremely helpful with all aspects of our trip. I can’t say enough positive things about our 3 night on the property. We will definitely be back!

The View Is Stunning

This is our second time staying at the villa. Last time was in 2019, this time we came in for New Year's Eve. The view is still incredible and the main attraction is the beautiful extended wrap around patio that was filled with plants and strategic lighting at night. While I know Catalina is tourist heavy, I didn't expect the island to be as busy at it was this time of year, and some businesses and restaurants were closed for the season, making the ones open pretty crowded, so for a few dinners we ate in and just enjoyed the patio and rental. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, except the pans; I suggest replacing them. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the main bedroom walks out onto the patio with its view. There is an electric golf cart (so much better than gas powered) to zip into town for fun and supplies. We enjoyed riding around on the scenic route and going to Buffalo Nickel for a Buffalo Milk cocktail, and some really great Mexican food. The miniature golf course in town was chill and lots of fun in a pretty setting. The owner Rimas was very helpful and communicative. I do recommend getting directions to the unit itself before you arrive since it can be confusing if you aren't familiar with Hamilton Cove.If you are visiting Catalina, this is the place to stay, especially if you want to get away at the end of the day.

Stunning Glorious views

The Condo was very comfortable. The best part was the wrap around porch, with lovely plants. Loved the beds. A lot of room for two. Cable, kitchen and dinning room were great. The greater room is spacious with lots of windows. Avalon is charming as well and the conservatory too well worth it.... ask for Carlos. We were told no cell connection if not Verizon. I got very clear connection with TMobile on clear days, but not on cloudy days. A couple of pointers, landlord should address the dirty couches, steam clean or replace. Very stained. Pictures online are old. Needs a paint job. Your insurance may not cover the golf cart. I would have though they did, but most companies require a separate policy and the state of CA does require it as well. It is low risk, but we chose not to take it.

Much to love…some things to understand

There is a lot to love about this Hamilton Cove property. Being in the upper ocean side there is terrific privacy and no golf cart noise. However- there are also over 90 steps to the property. The kitchen has higher end appliances but not a lot of room to cook with others and the grill is old and not very functional and there are only 4 plates. No food storage containers or plastic bags provided. Not even a salt and pepper set or veg oil. The washer & dryer are great to have but there is still a sign on them not to use (drouth) and the dryer didn’t work properly. Host was very communicative but primary interest seemed to be offering services - not helpful suggestions or recommendations. The second bedroom has a full bed-not a queen as advertised. Security can outside master bedroom kept me from enjoying balcony at night. Beautiful place and setting (especially deck and living room) but for the price my expectations would be for accuracy of description and helpful amenities that made you feel at home.
