  • Beautiful 4br townhome on the Avalon / Stone Harbor border, top-to-bottom interior renovation including gleaming kitchen & appliances, modern baths, light & airy rooms, brand new high-quality furniture and a modern coastal design aesthetic.

    This home is located within a 5 minute walk of the beach, the Icona, Windrift, 2 playgrounds, Stone Harbor rec fields (tennis, pickleball, playgorund), marina, Concorde and several restaurants on Ocean Drive. 20 minute walk to Stone Harbor business district, short ride to Avalon business district.

    Sleeping for 10 with 3 queen beds, 1 twin, 1 twin bunkbed with pull-out trundle. We supply linens (bath towels & bedding), beach equiptment, bikes & beach tags. Large garage and backyard with private outdoor shower and grill. Well-equpped for families with young kids, and great for wedding groups.
