All guests must be over 25, unless they are with a parent or guardian.



The Space:

Two bedrooms with comfortable new beds - New one with a queen-sized bed and one with two twin beds. The living room has a sofa bed. This vacation home is perfect for a small family. New air conditioning was installed in 2023 for those hot summer days. Exterior cameras are installed at the front door and at the rear of the property for safety.



Guest Access:

Key code sent on the day of check-in. You go straight to the home and start your vacation right away.



The Neighborhood:

The Avalon Flats area is where vacationers look to stay. Everything is a short walk away and this home is just far enough away where you can escape the busy area when you want to.



Getting Around:

You can walk to just about everything from this home. It is a short ride in a taxi or a longer walk (10-15 min) to Descanso Beach.



This does not include a golf cart per city requirements.



The location is ideal and close to the beach (0.25 mi), the arcade, entertainment, restaurants (0.20 mi), the boat (0.5 mi), and the grocery store are close (0.05 mi).



Interaction with Guests:

An access code and the address are sent the morning of check-in, so you will not need to meet with anyone and can go directly and begin your vacation.
