Hamilton Cove is located just outside the heart of Avalon, offering a quiet, scenic setting while remaining minutes from shops, dining, and island activities. Catalina Island is easily accessible by ferry from Long Beach, San Pedro, Dana Point, or Newport Beach and is known for hiking, snorkeling, boating, and breathtaking coastal views.

The guest has access to the entire condo, clubhouse with pool, exercise room, and other activities, private beach and playground.
Customer service is a high priority to us. We like to make sure you have what you need before you arrive and get settled into our home. We are available whenever you need us, 7 days a week and after hours!
Avalon
• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed.
• Seasonal Policies: We have minimum stay requirements that vary by season.
Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 5 night minimum, no arrivals on July 4th (Independence Day)
Holidays: 5-night minimum. A single reservation cannot span both Christmas and New Year's unless it is 14+ nights. No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Group Travel: We manage multiple units in the Hamilton Cove community. Please inquire if you need more space for a larger family or group.
Please be advised: Day guests and visitors are NO longer permitted at Hamilton Cove. The HOA will not allow guests more than maximum occupancy of the unit. We are so sorry for this inconvenience.
• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.
• Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted. The HOA will fine any pets that are not service animals, and guests will be held responsible.
• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.
• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.
• Climate Control: The condo does not have A/C. It is equipped with portable heaters for cooler evenings and enjoys a wonderful ocean breeze. Portable fans are also available.
• Laundry: A washer and dryer are accessible to guests just outside the unit.
• Beach Gear Provided: We provide a variety of beach accessories. Contact us for more information.
• Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergents. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included.
• Noise: This condo is in a residential community and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 10 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the HOA. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about the rental property.
DRONES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN HAMILTON COVE! You will be immediately fined $500 if you are found to be operating a drone.

You are responsible for any fines incurred due to negligence!

A golf cart is provided for guests of this rental to use. Please report any issues immediately and remember to fill the gas tank before departing!
IMPORTANT: Your signature to the terms and conditions of our rental agreement is in agreement to be liable for any damage to the provided golf cart whether or not damage was created by you and / or anyone in your party. Additionally, the golf cart must be fueled up at the end of your stay, golf cart must be parked in designated spot, and cover put back on golf cart.
