"Great breakfast with a large variety of food and beverage items. The hotel is located on The Strip in Pittsburgh. We didn't drive the entire 5 days we were there. A variety of shops, restaurants, and things to do on the strip. The hotel has a nice indoor pool, exercise room, and outdoor patio. Every staff person we met was helpful and kind. "

"When I checked and got to my room, I immediately saw I was given the wrong room. I had reserved an accessible room with roll in shower. I called the front desk and they told me to wait and they would being me keys to the correct room. I usually verify my room type at check in, but this time I did not verify. Mistakes are forgivable, and they quickly and professionally fixed it. Hours later as I was walking across the lobby, staff asked if my room met my needs. Room was spacious. Bathroom very accessible.
