I found the staff at reception particularly un-polite, breakfast quality rather average and cleanness rather superficial (back of the sink was full of soap and toothpaste marks) . "My stay was excellent, however the bathroom needs better lighting and the bath area was not draining, not to mention there were 2 short planks of wood keeping the water in the bath area and it was not sufficient, the bathroom kept flooding. "
