"Convenient location,facility like was fine, good deal! I was a little bothered that I couldn’t lock my interior door with a dead bolt or such since I was traveling solo as a female. Parking fairly easy but a tad of a walk. FoCo is safe yet again as a solo female I keep my guards up! I’d stay again for sure!!"

"Unmatched location for all things Fort Collins, especially Old Town, Horsetooth Reservoir, and hiking at Lory State Park. Comfortable and clean. Idealylic neighborhood that is quiet, safe. We will absolutely stay at Ian and Heidi’s loft again if/when opportunity presents."

"The best thing about this place was that it was close to Old Town! It was very cute! Small, fine for a couple! It had everything we needed, fridge, cable tv, utensils, dishes, paper towels, everything! It even had a full stove/oven, which we didn’t use. Bed is full size, but comfortable. Bathroom was nice but could use more counter space for all my stuff or maybe shelves. But it was really nice. We’d stay again!"

"The house is indeed a very cute cottage in a terrific location with a beautiful short walk to downtown. There were a very minor defects that we informed Stacey about, and she was quite responsive to repair things. The check in/out timing seemed rather strict as is the limitation on visitors. Otherwise it was great!"
