"We arrived in the dark but the directions given were accurate and thorough and we didn't have any problems finding the loft, parking or letting ourselves in. The space and amenities were clean, the sheets were cotton (thank you! I hate microfiber :) ) and everything we needed was provided. The loft is an excellent configuration. The alley was quiet and located close to downtown and all of the places we needed to be. We really enjoyed our stay and will try to stay there again if the need arises. Thank you for sharing your loft."

"This spot is cute and located in the heart of everything which is great! Very walkable to town and CSU. It is located right next to the train tracks so take note as others have said. The first night we didn't hear anything so it was no problem. The second night it woke me from a deep sleep. They do provide ear plugs. The floors and doors are very squeaky and all of the bedrooms are all right off the small living room so once anyone goes to bed it's not really a place to hang out. Having a hot tub and fire pit is great but they do charge extra to heat the jacuzzi which we didn't realize before we booked it so just take note of that as well. Overall it's cute and was totally fine for our quick stay to check out CSU. "

"We enjoyed our time at the Wild Peony. It is beautifully decorated and has all the essentials we needed for our stay. It is convenient to the university and is nestled among housing of both students and non students. We had peaceful evenings- no need for the ear plugs. If it would have been warmer we would have enjoyed the back yard seating and bikes. Stacy is also an attentive host- checking in periodically and providing great restaurant options."

"We were not informed until the day before that the property was being remodeled. there was no pool available. We were told there would be breakfast - fruit, granola bars, coffee was all that was provided because, no kitchen. I had to go to the lobby to get hot water to make my tea...there was no chair in our room - they were "on order" which did not help us. The toilet clogged twice - fixed quickly, fortunately. But we were offered the use of the lobby facilities while waiting. The staff had few solutions for anything - they did offer excuses. "
