Located on the northwest edge of the Cairngorms National Park, in the town of Aviemore, is this charming, detached home sleeping up to six guests.. Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Air Source Heat pump central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Rear garden with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue, rotary washing line and bike shed for 6 bike. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookigs only. Sorry, no hen or stag parties.. The Beech House is wonderfully placed in the Scottish Highlands and is less than an hour’s drive away from the bustling city of Inverness, a real hot spot for tourists and locals alike. The downstairs has a comfortable living room with Smart TV, a kitchen equipped with all essentials for the chef in the family, a utility room with washer and dryer for all your laundry, and a downstairs toilet.
Retire upstairs to three comfortable bedrooms, two with kingsize/super kingsize beds and one with twin beds. The family bathroom can also be found up here.
The town of Aviemore is rich with pubs and restaurants if you don’t fancy cooking one evening, whilst also offering a choice of shops and supermarkets for all of your amenities. Just a few miles south of Aviemore is Kincraig and the Loch Insh Watersports Centre, where young and old can participate in canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, archery and so much more. Whilst still in Kincraig, a visit to the Highland Wildlife Park, open all year round, is a must. Discover a range of trails for walking or cycling on Craigellachie Hill and tour the length of its nature reserve and spot an abundance of wildlife along the way. Choose to explore places such as Loch Morlich, Loch an Eilean and the Green Loch for a mixture of historical castles, white sandy beaches and water sporting opportunities; something to suit all types of guests.
Further afield is the charming city of Inverness, which comes with a wide range of tourist attractions such as the riverside Inverness Castle, the Victorian Inverness Museum and Art Gallery and so much more. The Beech House is the ultimate attraction for families seeking to explore this wonderful part of the Scottish Highlands.
