Just a 2-minute walk from the River Spey and a short stroll or cycle to Aviemore village centre, it offers the perfect base for families and outdoor enthusiasts.

The home provides comfortable accommodation for up to 7 guests, with 2 double bedrooms, a three-bed room, a family bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious living areas make it easy to relax after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring the Highlands.

One of the house’s most unique features is its large back garden, opening onto the Spey Valley Golf Course and surrounded by tranquil birch woods. It’s a perfect spot for children to play safely or for adults to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks while taking in the mountain air.

Additional Information: The Scott's House is strictly a non smoking property and guests are asked to respect this for their safety and the comfort of all other guests.

Linen is provided but not towels and guests are asked to take their own towels for their stay.
