Hôtel située en zone industrielle, assez calme, petit appart mais spacieux, propre. Lieu de repos efficace mais plutôt pour les pro et pas les touristes qui aiment le côté nature

Pour une nuit ça va...

Bonne accueil. Hôtel simple, mais qui bénéficie quand même de la clim, et d une parking sécurisé. Le gros point noir était l odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre. Sinon pour y passer une nuit sur la route des vacances, ça va.

L’hotel mentionne la présence d’une piscine. Elle n’existe pas. C’est un autre établissement (court’inn Aqua) qui en a une. Mais qui est fermé depuis longtemps et ne réouvrira pas avant très longtemps. J’attends un geste important de la part de hotels.com pour le dédommagement.

Midt i det Sydfranske turistområdet.

Greit sted om du vil ta utflukter med bil i området rundt Avignon. Vi reiste med tog og ville ha noe i nærheten av TGV-stasjonen (ca. 2km). Ikke nevneverdig støy, litt dyrt i f.t. standarden (men området er vel dyrt generelt). Meget behjelpelig personale.

Bonne literie beaucoup de calme. Mais la chambre ne correspondait pas au descriptif ou nous devions avoir une cuisine etc...là ce n'a été qu'une chambre normale mais confortable. Pour une nuit s'était suffisant.

Chaque fois que je travaille sur Avignon je viens dans cet hôtel, le personnel y est chaleureux, le fait de pouvoir se faire la cuisine m'évite d'avoir à ressortir le soir. Les lieux sont propres et confortables.

Pratique, bien situé, parking gratuit.

Chaque fois que je dois travailler dans les environs je réserve dans cet hotel, on y est bien accueilli, je peux me faire mes repas, le studio possède un bon équipement.

The staff cheated me!

After checking in at the hotel I discovered two issues. The first was the hotel was located far away from any shopping or dining. I knew it was not near the city center but I didn't expect it to be so far from all shopping and dining. We didn't have a car so this was a significant issue. The second issue was that their wifi did not work on my laptop. It did work on my phone but we couldn't get it to work on the laptop no matter what we tried. Being able to use my laptop is very important to me so this was a big issue. We stayed in 19 other places on this trip and my laptop has been able to connect to the wifi every time. I told the staff that first night that because of this issues we would be checking out after 2 nights. The next day the staff told me that I had to cancel the last two days through Expedia so they wouldn't be charged the commission. I called Expedia and they said I should deal with the hotel directly because they couldn't cancel the last two days after I had arrived. When we checked out the man at the desk told me they would email me the receipt for the refund for the last 2 days. After I didn't receive it after two days I sent them an email asking about it. There reply was that they would not be issuing the credit. Will Expedia help me with this? I've been cheated out of two nights!

Overnatting på gjennomreise. Et godt snev av kloakk i luften ved ankomst. Godt slitt rom/leilighet. Dette var et sted med små leiligheter, ikke hotell. Små forhold ved frokosten

There was no one at the hotel when we arrived. We had to call the emergency number to get a code to get into the hotel. It looked like someone ran away from here a few months ago. The grass was unkept, the premises were completely empty and it was actually very uncomfortable. We did not know if there was any other guests and we were told just to go into the rooms, as some of them had keys in them and were open. The hotel was completely empty. There was no hot water and the hotel is far from anything, so you have to walk 20 mins and take a train for 5 mins to get groceries.

Cheap and cheerful.

Overall we were satisfied with the separate kitchen and toilet. A little more attention should have been paid to cleanliness and loose light switches and loose door handles.
