Hot food at breakfast was generally lukewarm or cold. Upgrades underway outside which leaves the property looking like a building site. Bad choice by us as was too far from central Avignon to be much use a a tourist hotel. No doubt serves its purpose as a conference venue.

Séjour très agréable avec une chambre conforme à la réservation avec une très agréable vue sur le parc. Plateau de courtoise comme j'aime. Chambre sobre et quand-même accueillante. Le personnel est aux petits soins.

All people working in this hotel makes me feel Like home. They respond to any requests or questions without hesitation. I was staying in this property for 2 weeks but after few days l was feeling like l am in the best place for visiting Provence . Hotel sympathique, personnel accueillant et serviable.tres calme pas d enfant hurlant sans arret dans la piscine (helas un peu fraiche)prix petit dej un peu exageré, prix repas dans la moyenne.quelques petit defauts liés a l age de l hotel (retouche peinture,crépit)un peu cher malgre tout (mais tout est cher de nos jours)

Hôtel 3 étoiles qui a du vécu Et qui va être rénové pour passer en 4 étoiles C’est un endroit très correct J’ai eu un problème d’évacuation avec le lavabo de salle de bain pendant 3 jours Pb signalé et pas solutionné Je recommande le repas du soir, la nourriture est excellente merci au chef!

Chambre petite au point que en s-dessous du bureau on ne peut pas mettre une chaise car tape contre le lit. La sale de bain avec le plafond avec l'enduit qui tombe. Aménagement année '70.

A good stay in the end!

A pleasant hotel which fit all of our needs. When we arrived, they informed us that our booking was incorrect and that we would have to pay a substantial fee to get a room for us. After some negotiation, we got the room which we had originally booked and suddenly the staff could not be more helpful. There seems to be a miscommunication between the hotel and yourselves regarding the requirements of a family room which is disappointing. The room was clean and functional and the pool is a real asset and was enjoyed by us all.

We only stayed for one night here and the main reception dining area and other public areas were lovely. A little tired but okay. We had to move rooms as we had booked for 2 adults and 1 child and only had one bed in our room. Thanks to Google translate we managed to resolve the issues. The rooms werent cleaned to a great standard as there was lots of dust stained and dirty carpets and broken switches. However, the beds and bathrooms including bedding and towels were cleaned to a good standard. The hotel itself seems very secure and the area seemed nice. A great pizza place just around the corner in the local village. Okay for a one night stop over.

Choix de chambre non respectée

J avais réservé une chambre avec 2 lits un double et un autre lit simple . J ai payé plus cher cette chambre pour davantage de confort car je voyageais avec mon fils aîné Au final une chambre avec un seul lit . J ai du demandé un lit supplémentaire et j ai eu un lit de camp pas confortable du tout . Je suis déçue du prix payé pour le service offert . Dommage car le confort de la chambre était quand même là
J avais demandé une chambre avec 2 lits pour plus de confort. Au final un seul grand lit . Suite à ma réclamation l hôtel m a rajouté ce lit de camp presque ridicule et inconfortable. Ça ne vaut pas la différence de prix payé pour avoir 2 lits

This place was awful. It was 25 minutes to Avignon and there is nothing in the area, not to see, not to eat, not to shop, It is run down. There were cigarette stains on the carpet. The socket cover was coming off the wall. The remote control needed batteries. The staff were not at all helpful. There was not one English tv channel.

Hôtel en cours de rénovation, chambres belles et bien décorées, climatisation efficace mais pas trop bruyante, literie confortable, espace piscine très agréable.
