Relax and enjoy coastal living in this beautiful, modern, recently built granny flat with a large resort style pool area, fire pit and private balcony. All mod cons including fully fitted kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave and washer/Dryer.
Bedroom configuration is Queen bed & 2 single beds but single beds can be made into King size bed on request.
Air con in main living area & ceiling fans in bedrooms.
Only 5-10 minutes flat walk to lagoon, beach and village. Great place to relax and enjoy lovely Avoca Beach and all its charm.
