Villa at Sea

Near the beach and close to major tourist centers. Structured on two levels with large living room kitchen and service on the ground floor, and three bedrooms and first floor service. Outside there is a large veranda where you can park your car and make banquets in the shade of two trees. There is an outdoor shower and a corner barbec. u. The beach is 42 meters away and there is a seaside resort where you can have relaxing lunches with the spectacle of a crystal clear sea. The house is equipped with wifi available throughout the house and even in the outdoor area, the two bedrooms are equipped with roof fans and air conditioners. Also ideal for two couples as there are two bathrooms and enough space to guarantee optimal privacy. Its location makes it strategic for its proximity to Noto, a baroque jewel, where the famous Baroque infiorata is held on the second Sunday of May, a world-renowned event that every year welcomes the inflorescents from various parts of the world. It is useless to reiterate the culinary skills of my land where it is possible, even with low costs, to enjoy seafood delicacy. In addition, the hotel staff is available to help you spend an unforgettable holiday

A deux pas d'une petite plage de sable agréable. la maison est moderne et confortable. climatisée. A proximité de Noto Siracuse ou ragusa, elle est bien située pour visiter le sud est de la Sicile .

"Villa très propre idéale...

"Villa très propre idéalement située (50m de la plage). Environnement très calme et bon point de chute pour la visite de la partie Sud et Est de la Sicile. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux (accueil lors de notre arrivée et présence des produits de première nécessité). La location est très grande, la partie terrasse est suffisamment grande, il y a un hamac (génial pour les siestes sous les arbres). Il y a assez de place pour y stationner une voiture et assez de place pour avoir des parties à l''ombre et au soleil. Nous y sommes aller avec un enfant et il y a une chambre adaptée aux enfants (lit 1 place + jouets). Fortement conseillée !"

"la casa è molto comoda, ...

"la casa è molto comoda, spaziosa e bene attrezzata, nuova e molto ben tenuta. ha molto spazio esterno, utile x le auto e per attività esterne (mangiare, bucato, doccia, ecc). ha una spiaggia molto vicina, 1 minuto a piedi, purtroppo un po'' compromessa da edilizia abusiva degli anni passati,ma comunque molto utile per fare bagni senza dover allontanarsi, l''acqua e la baia sono molto belle. il posto è cmq strategico per visitare tutte le località più importanti e belle della zona, nell''ampia fascia che va da Siracusa a Ragusa, raggiungibili in breve tempo, trovandosi anche a pochi metri dall''imbocco dell''autostrada! Gole del Cassibile, Vendicari (Eloro, cala mosche, la tonnara, ecc...), Marzamemi, Portopalo, Capo delle Correnti, Fontane Bianche, Ognina e tante altre belle spiagge, e poi le meravigliose città d''arte come Ortigia a Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, ecc... I proprietari di casa sono persone squisite, gentili, disponibili e corrette, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Consigliamo questa sistemazione sia x famiglie e vacanze tranquille, vista la disponibilità della spiaggia con sabbia vicinissima e comoda, sia a gruppi + dinamici dato che è in una posizione ottimale x qualsiasi escursione ed esplorazione dei luoghi + belli e selvaggi! Grazie ai sig.ri Cannizzo, saluti carissimi. P.S.: Unica nota stonata di tutta la vacanza, che è stata bellissima, la cena dell''ultima sera, ad Avola, Ristorante "L''Ancora" sul lungomare di Lido d''Avola: Pessimo, la qualità del cibo, il servizio e tutto! Lo sconsigliamo vivamente, mi dispiace dirlo ma volevo segnalarlo da qualche parte perchè ci hanno trattato davvero male e vorrei evitare ad altri l''asperienza, anche se mi rendo conto che non è questa la sede opportuna."
