Fijne plek

Ruime locatie, veel ruimte in en om het huis. Inrichting enigszins sober maar goed te doen. Prima uitvalsbasis om zuid oost Sicilië te verkennen. Eigenaren passen zich moeiteloos aan aan de behoefte van hun gasten.

Incantevole!

La villa è pulita e ben arredata. La piscina, bellissima, è stata la preferita di mia figlia. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e disponibilissimi. La Villa è in una posizione strategica, da essa infatti abbiamo raggiunto facilmente il mare , le famose Noto, Marzamemi e Siracusa e Modica.

Ottima scelta

Ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente le spiagge e i luoghi più affascinanti della Sicilia Orientale. La Villa è ben tenuta e funzionale. Il giardino è molto ampio e ricco di grandi alberi, ideale per rilassarsi o passeggiare. I proprietari Francesco e Angelica sono fantastici !

Tutto perfetto!

Posto perfetto per ossigenarsi e vivere la natura contemporaneamente a due minuti dal centro di Avola e dal mare. La villa è ben tenuta e curata. La piscina è favolosa, a pochi metri il Carrubo e i maestosi alberi di Ulivo secolari. I proprietari della tenuta sempre disponibili e cortesi oltre che simpatici. Piacevole la serata al Barbecue organizzata dai proprietari.

Logement sobre, d'une bonne qualité/prix, bien situé pour les visites en Sud Sicile
