Bellissima esperienza in Sicilia

Casa molto accogliente e confortevole in posizione tranquilla ottima per rilassarsi ampi spazi che consentono molta privacy noi eravamo due famiglie e siamo stati benissimo. I proprietari molto accoglienti ospitali e disponibili sono stati discretamente presenti anche con preziose indicazioni su cosa vedere nei dintorni e come organizzarsi al meglio. Lo consigliamo vivamente alle famiglie e a chi vuole scegliere in ogni momento della vacanza se rilassarsi in struttura o vivere il territorio. Grazie di cuore.

Una bellissima villa vacanza

Siamo due coppie con quattro ragazzi dagli 11 ai 17 anni. Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Rina durante la seconda settimana di luglio. La casa, collocata in collina ad Avola vecchia, si trova in posizione fresca e ventilata. E' molto grande, distribuita su due piani, comoda e ben attrezzata. È arredata in modo elegante con ampi salotti e aree da pranzo ed è perfettamente pulita. È dotata inoltre di un bel portico ampio e piacevole con una splendida vista sul mare e di uno spazio esterno comodo e attrezzato con tavoli, barbecue e ampio parcheggio per le auto. Il proprietario, Salvatore, è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Nonostante i tornanti che bisogna percorrere per raggiungerla abbiamo facilmente visitato le belle spiagge e riserve naturali dei dintorni e le splendide città di Avola, Noto, Siracusa e Marzamemi dove è assolutamente doveroso assaggiare le numerose prelibatezze!

Molto soddisfatti! Villa grande e fresca

Benché la villa non sia fronte mare ma in collina, abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno. Vale assolutamente la pena fare un po' di strada per raggiungere l'abitazione grande e accogliente. Eravamo 2 famiglie con 4 bambini ed ognuno ha avuto il proprio spazio, la propria camera ed il proprio bagno. Ogni bagno era completo di biancheria pulitissima. Nonostante fosse agosto con temperature elevate, in collina siamo stati al fresco. Abbiamo acceso il ventilatore una sola volta. I bambini hanno lo spazio esterno per giocare ed abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità del barbecue esterno. La suggerisco a tutti

Bellissima villa in collina a pochi minuti dal mare. Cercavamo una casa vacanze per tre coppie adulte che garantisse ad ognuno privacy e spazi ed abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. La villa è attrezzata con cura, ogni camera fornita di ventilatore, asciugacapelli e biancheria in ogni bagno. La distanza dal mare è compensata dal clima fresco e ventilato e dagli ampi spazi sia interni che esterni. C'è un portico freschissimo e una parte retrostante la cucina attrezzata con tavolo forno e barbeque. Vicinissima ai laghetti di Cavagrande e ottimo punto d'appoggio per girare la Sicilia orientale. In un'ora circa si può raggiungere sia l'Etna che il Ragusano. Bellissime le spiagge nei dintorni. Il Sig. Salvo è stato disponibile per per ogni eventuale informazione e consiglio. Si è rivelata un'ottima scelta!

Consigliatissima!!!!!!!!!!!

Che dire siamo arrivati in 10 in un contesto fantastico e accogliente, a dieci minuti dal centro di Avola e con un panorama stupendo. Il proprietario e' gentilissimo e disponibile ci ha dato ottimi consigli. Consigliata a tutti coloro che amano la tranquillità ed il fresco ma soprattutto avere un punto di partenza strategico per visitare tutta la costa sud est della Sicilia. Stanze grandi e ben curate, cucina fornita di tutti i confort.......insomma, unico neo, ci voleva un mese di ferie!!!!!!!!

VILLA STUPENDA !!

Eravamo in tre famiglie con bambini e siamo stati benissimo !!! La villa è splendida e molto spaziosa pulita e curata con bellissimo spazio esterno. La posizione era fantastica con splendida vista, in zona tranquillissima e con clima fresco sia di giorno che di notte (agosto 2016) !! Il proprietario è stato disponibilissimo e gentilissimo in grado di consigliarci sui servizi in zona.

Una buena opción para alojarse un grupo grande

Somos un grupo de 11 amigos que nos hemos alojado 6 noches en esta villa. Es una propiedad muy cómoda y apropiada para un grupo grande con una buena infraestructura. Situada en una zona muy tranquila y con buenas vistas y temperatura y a 10-15 minutos en coche de Avola, subiendo y bajando un pequeño puerto. Hemos estado muy contentos y, como único punto a mejorar, en nuestra opinión, mejorar el menaje de la cocina (por ejemplo, una cafetera grande). Propiedad totalmente recomendable y un trato agradable con el propietario. A destacar su rapidez y disponibilidad para contestar cualquier duda.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison spacieuse et accueillante . Nous étions un groupe de 11 personnes et avons pu profité de la quiétude et de la fraicheur de ce lieu qui surplombe la ville d'Avola .De nombreuses visites toutes proches nous ont ravis ( Noto, syracuse , ragusa , Avola et de très belles plages dans la réserve de Vendicari ). Nous avons par contre eu des soucis avec l'eau chaude ( problèmes de pompe ) et avons même terminé notre semaine sans eau du tout !! Le propriétaire, très réceptif, et à l'écoute, s'est déplacé deux fois pour résoudre ce problème et a tout de suite appelé un technicien, qui a réparé la panne rapidement . Nous garderons toutefois un bon souvenir de ce bel endroit qui vaut vraiment le détour !!!

"La casa era bellissima e...

"La casa era bellissima e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Eravamo un gruppo di 12 amici e c''era spazio a sufficienza per tutti. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari: 5 camere da letto e 4 bagni, un tavolo grande per dodici nel patio con il barbecue. Bellissima e comodissima l''area esterna dove mangiare e stare in compagnia. La casa è in collina, a circa 10 min dal centro di Avola; è nella posizione ideale soprattutto per il mese di agosto: non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e ci hanno consigliato anche diversi posti da visitare e dove mangiare. Tutto perfetto!!! "

"Maison spacieuse bien équipée, agréable, situation dans Avola antique donc aérée et calme. nécessité de compter bien 20 minutes en voiture ( voir plus) pour les courses et la plage. Quelques jeux extérieur ou dans le garage pour jeunes auraient été un plus.( ping-pong par exemple ou boules) Propriétaires très accueillant"

"In gruppo che è variato ...

"In gruppo che è variato nelle due settimane di soggiorno da 11 a 13 persone abbiamo goduto della posizione dominante di questa villa sulla vallata di Avola e sulla costa che scende verso Capo Passero. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in una casa dagli ampi spazi sia per il giorno che per la notte e ci siamo "scialati" in piacevoli cene e serate sulle terrazze all''aperto godendo dell''aria fresca e rilassante anche quando fa caldo. La casa è confortevole per quanto riguarda le attrezzature (cucina, bagni e biancheria). Da lì abbiamo visitato tutta la zona, dalle spiaggie (indimenticabile quella di Cala Mosche nell''oasi di Vendicari) alle città barocche, a Siracusa lungo strade agevoli e poco trafficate. "

"La villa si trova in col...

"La villa si trova in collina giusto sopra ad Avola e il panorama che si gode è direttamente sul mare. Questa posizione rende il soggiorno da un punto di vista climatico, ottimo. La struttura della villa è in perfette condizioni: è pefettamente dotata di tutti gli accessori utili per il quotidiano. Il nostro gruppo era formato da 13 persone e, in assoluto, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di spazio: direi che la villa può ospitare ancora altre persone. Da lì in 15 minuti si è al mare, e in mezz'ora si possono raggiungere spiagge bellissime quali ad esempio, quelle nell'oasi di Vendicari. Ottima posizione anche per visitare luoghi dove l'impronta barocca ha lasciato segni importanti e storici. In sintesi, da parte di tutto il gruppo il giudizio è nettamente positivo e consigliabile a tutti."

"Splendida villa, situata...

"Splendida villa, situata in posizione dominante sulla cittadina di Avola. Da qui si gode, grazie alle due terrazze, di un panorama mozzafiato. La sera, c'era una piacevole brezza che ci ha rinfrescato per tutta la durata del soggiorno. La casa è grandissima, su due livelli ed è arredata con ottimo gusto. La cucina è funzionale, ampia e luminosa così come tutte le altre stanze. Lenzuola ed asciugamani freschi e profumati. Splendido il giardino e tutta la zona circostante la proprietà. L'acqua è disponibile sempre ed in quantità grazie al pozzo privato che garantisce il fabbisogno di tutti gli occupanti. Che dire... manca solo la piscina!"
