"The house is clean, attractive, and comfortable, and it's located so that you can watch the sun rise over the Atlantic and set over the Pamlico Sound. It's quiet and private, with lovely views from every room. The wrap-around porch has comfortable lounging spaces as well as beautiful views. There's also easy access to the Sound for paddleboarding, and the beach is about a 20-minute walk, or you can drive to a public access ramp. Karen, the host, was responsive and made the process easy. If you are into stargazing, you will love this place. There's an upper deck off one of the bedrooms, and we saw more stars from up there than I've ever seen in my life. It was spectacular, and if we go back to the OBX, we would definitely stay in this place again."

"Chuck was amazing! Prompt to answer any and all questions. The place was an amazing location and the Dairy Queen accessibility was a crowd pleaser. Soo many amenities it’s worth a second visit just enjoy everything the place is stocked with. The fenced in downstairs is also incredible for small kids and dogs."

"This is the second year we rented one of the Seas the Breeze properties. My family and friends rented both houses this year and we had an amazing time. The house is so spacious, and the views are awesome from all the rooms. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the deck every evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Even did some night fishing from the pier. The blanket of stars above was so relaxing. The location is perfect. It's close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. There's so much to do! This vacation will be remembered by all for a lifetime!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Avon at the treehouse! You can see the ocean from the top deck, and its a very short walk. The house was stocked with all we needed. The get directions link takes you to the wrong address. The correct address is listed as a copy paste which was a little confusing at first, but we found it! Overall a very nice stay."
