This charming, ski-in/ski-out, first floor retreat is steps from the Elkhorn Lift and offers a family room with a gas fireplace and sleeper sofa, a premium kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as a dining table for six. Additional features include a primary suite with a king size bed and attached bathroom, a guest bedroom with two twin beds, ceiling fans, custom lighting, a stacked washer/dryer, and underground parking for one vehicle.



Guests will enjoy mountain and ski views from the outdoor terrace, as well as The Borders Lodge’s exceptional amenities, such as an outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness centers, ski lockers and a courtesy coffee bar. Beaver Creek Village is a short stroll from this property and complimentary resort shuttle service is also available.

Beaver Creek Lower Borders

Clean condo well equipped. Ski in and out. Parking , hot tub, pool. Responsive staff. Excellent location. I have stayed at this property several times in various units which speaks for itself! Thanks so much!
