Inside, the living room has been completely transformed with cozy, coastal-inspired furnishings, including a sleeper sectional, a modular sofa, and an accent chair that invites you to relax and unwind. Two new sliding patio doors let in the ocean breeze and sunshine, filling the space with light and warmth.

The kitchen is better than ever with adding a new air fryer, griddle, and Ninja blender—perfect for smoothies, pancake breakfasts, and afternoon snacks. The NE bedroom now includes a twin bed for extra sleeping space, and you'll find convenient new workspaces in the NW and SE bedrooms, ideal for remote work or study breaks between beach outings. All bedrooms feature TVs, fresh coastal quilts, and soft new duvets to ensure every guest feels right at home. In the bunk room, two brand-new arcade games bring extra excitement, while a new collection of board games and puzzles adds even more ways to enjoy time together. Outside, a new gas grill and sitting area create the perfect setting for easygoing dinners after a day in the sun.

Across the hall, a bedroom with two twin beds is ideal for siblings or friends. Two king bedrooms, one with an additional twin bed, provide flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups. A shared full bathroom and laundry area are conveniently located on this floor. Step outside to enjoy the shaded ocean-facing deck or unwind in the covered porch with a soothing hot tub.

Top level: Gather the whole crew in the open-concept main living area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table for twelve, and two breakfast bars for casual bites. Two additional bedrooms—each with a king bed—are located on this floor, one with a private en suite bathroom and one with access to a hallway bath. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds, in which case, the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process, you will be asked to enter a credit card number; nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt into or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
