Great house for a ski trip to Beaver Creek or Vail. Very short walk and then ride up bus to Beaver Creek and an easy drive to Vail. Apartment is tidy and nicely furnished.

This condo was super convenient for getting to Beaver Creek and Vail! The host was very accommodating for both an early checkin and a late checkout for our group. My only complaint would be that quite a few glasses, dishes, and cookware were dirty or broken when we arrived.

Christina was a very wonderful host. Great communication skills. She told us in advance that cars need to be registered with condo property management. She was super responsive to all my questions. Her condo was exactly as described and comfortable to stay in! Would highly recommend her place to family, friends and others without hesitation!

Christina is a welcoming and responsive host at this comfortable condo, located across the street from the Bear Parking Lot at Beaver Creek Resort. Our every need was met within the attractively decorated and well-appointed unit, which features a warming gas fireplace. The shuttle from the lot conveniently transported us to and from the ski lift each day. Groceries, ski rentals, restaurants and other amenities are all within short walks or drives. Outstanding Value!

Christina's condo was very clean, bright, conveniently located, and a pleasure to come "home" to after our days at BC and Vail. The fireplace and sunny patio area we're especially appreciated. Communication was prompt and easy. We'd definitely book again.

Had a first post-COVID ski trip with another friend. The property was clean and well-maintained. Had a touch of trouble gaining access, but contact with the property manager promptly remedied the issues. Would recommend this property for people who don't mind a moderate commute to Beaver Creek and a very easy out-of-town commute to Vail who seek a bit more value from the on-mountain offerings.

There are many reasons why we enjoyed our stay at Christina's condo in Avon. We were there for a ski vacation and this condo was perfect for the 4 of us. The location is great, within walking distance (even in ski boots) to the Bear lot where we were able to catch the shuttle to Beaver Creek. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and having 2 baths makes taking showers easy for 4 people. One bedroom is a master with a spacious walk in closet that fit all of our luggage, the other has a bunk, but the bunk has a double on top and bottom and is very sturdy. This made it very comfortable and roomy enough for our two teenage girls to retreat to their own spaces each night. The kitchen is small, and there is just enough cookware/tools to enable guests to easily cook meals, but if you are a gourmet you may be disappointed. But, we didn't have any problem and cooked most of our meals in the unit. If you want to enjoy all of the outdoor activities that Avon has to offer, then this space is for you. If you are a family of 4 who like to spend time inside watching tv, then not so much (the tv is small, and that didn't matter to us).

This was the nicest condo we have ever had! It is specious and everything is very clean - spotless! Great location too because you can use the shuttle bus dor free and the bus stop is not far away.

My husband and I were very comfortable for our two week stay in Christina's condo. It had everything we needed (including spices for cooking!) and was cosy and clean. It was an easy 150m walk to the Beaver Ck. Shuttle or the bus which services Avon and Vail which is a 30min trip. We would definitely return.

This ski condo was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the full kitchen and appreciated the washer/dryer after a long day of skiing. The condo is conveniently located across from the Beaver Creek shuttle. It is close to the resort as well as restaurants. It had everything we needed for a great long weekend. The owner provided great customer service and it was clean, well maintained and stock with essentials. Would definitely recommend to others.

Christina has done a wonderful job creating a cozy and tastefully appointed apartment that has a great location just across the street from the Beaver Creek resort entrance and shuttle stop to Beaver Creek Village. Our family of four had a comfortable 3 night stay and we were very pleased with how tidy and clean the apartment has been maintained. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace, the kitchen with stainless appliances and the upgraded bathrooms. Easy drive to City Market for grocery shopping and Pazzo’s Pizzeria for take-out. Our communications with Christina were pleasant and professional. We look forward to booking again next ski season and would certainly recommend to our friends!

This was a really nice condo with great updates and plenty of room. The futon in the living room is much smaller than it appears in the pictures and isn't large enough for an adult to sleep on, but otherwise everything was just as shown in the pictures. The owner is very helpful and responsive-we actually ended up having an issue with the keys to the front door and had to find other accommodations overnight until the locksmith could come out the next morning, but Christina was extremely helpful and everything worked out fine . The walk across the street to the bus stop was very easy and short and bus service was very prompt and frequent-we never waited for more than a few minutes. There is one nice Mexican restaurant right next door for easy walking, and it's just a short couple minute ride down the road to Avon where we found multiple other good places to eat. I highly recommend this great condo for your next Beaver Creek trip!

Our family of four (including 2 kids ages 5 & 8) stayed in this great condo for 2 nights while visiting Beaver Creek. It is in a great location in town - close to restaurants & shops, and literally across the street (walking distance) from the entrance to the Beaver Creek ski area shuttle stop for a quick ride up to the slopes. The condo itself was well appointed and clean (which is very important to me) with nice decor. Cozy living room, and the kitchen had the right amount of utensils to comfortably cook simple meals, but minimal ingredients like leftover condiments, oil, spices, etc. that are sometimes available at short term rentals to make cooking a meal or two easier. Comfortable beds and nice linens/towels. Washer & dryer were useful, and it was nice to have a separate bathroom from the kids. While we did not ski Vail from this condo, it was well located to easily hop on the highway to Vail Valley or a quick drive to Edwards for more shops and restaurants. Easy and prompt communication from the owner. We would highly recommend it.

Easy shuttle access to Beaver Creek Village, shopping, ski lifts, and restaurants. We had a delicious dinner at the Northside Cafe! An easy 50 mile drive to the famous Glenwood Springs Hot Springs. The owner was easily accessible and provided good information. We would love to go back.

The condo was great with enough space to room myself and several friends. The best part is that it's located near the bus stop that will take you to the ski lifts of Beaver Creek! There's is plenty of kitchenware to cook meals with. The living room is cozy and there is a fireplace. Great condo overall.
