" The home is in an excellent location with quick access to the public beach, boat ramp and public golf courses. It was very clean and we appreciate the extra pull out chair beds being made up for us before we got there. There were plenty of lake and backyard toys and games available for use. We also liked that there were some basic, shelf-stable kitchen ingredients available in the cupboards for our use. The neighborhood was quiet and host Jen was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs."

"The house is a very spacious and well decorated 2 bedroom. Our favorite area was the deck with hot tub. We enjoyed the lake view, deer, morning sunrise, meals and evening sunset on the deck. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood and close to everything. The kitchen had everything we needed and the master bed was very comfortable!"

"My friends and I take a trip every year to a different city. We’ve been doing this trip for 15 years, and we all agreed that this was the nicest house we’ve stayed in so far. Absolutely beautiful property in a great neighborhood (friendly neighbors too). The view from the deck is incredible, that was definitely the thing that everyone loved the most. We spent a lot of time outside on that deck just enjoying the view. There is also a new hot tub that is top tier. I’ve literally never experienced a hot tub like that before, the massage jets are on another level. Overall the house is well equipped. Nice kitchen with plenty of clean dishes and glasses. Every single TV in the house is huge, and high end. I think the one in the living room is 85” which was amazing. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Note that the listed twin beds are actually futon chairs that fold down into a bed, but we made them work. In the basement, there is a nice pool table (with room to actually play) and a couple arcade games that we had some fun with. They have a bunch of different board games and puzzles too, lots of stuff to entertain. There is also a ton of parking if you need it, with a two car garage and a huge driveway. All in all, you really can’t beat this house. The location is great too, at the top of a hill in a quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to everything you could want to do in Coeur d’Alene. We had an amazing trip!"

"This property had everything we needed and then some! Out of the hustle and bustle of CDA but close enough to what we wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood. Nice place to come back to after a fun day in CDA and surrounding areas. Highly recommend! "
