"Staying outside of the city means bigger rooms, but further away from activities, etc. the Grand Prince Ōsaka Bay takes care of that by providing a free shuttle service to the heart of Ōsaka doing pick ups and drop offs every 30 minutes right at Ōsaka station Eki Marché. It is also a stop for the airport limousine bus to Kansai International Airport. Be mindful that its first come first serve for that service and only 1800 yen."

"We stay at Nikko for an early flight from KIX. I was very satisfied with the convenient location, not just to the airport, but to the stores and restaurants available within the hotel. Very clean, room was spacious and their staff was wonderful. We stayed there when arriving and decided to stay there again for our departure. Highly recommended."

"Stayed just one night in Kobe to take a sake brewery tour (worth it!). This hotel is steps from the Shinkansen station so very easy access. Also a short train or cab ride from Sannomiya, the heart of the city. Had a pricey dinner at the Teppanyaki restaurant in the hotel but it was outstanding. Breakfast with the room was very substantial & they offer a Japanese option elsewhere. Rooms are aging a bit but very comfortable with good lighting. They have a coin laundry which we did not use. Nespresso coffee machine as in most Japanese hotels. No complaints and could have easily spent a few more days there. Fast internet too! Great views from the 20th floor."
