"The location is great. Easy to get to. It’s above average. Room size is very generous for Japanese standards. Nice breakfast with many choices. I would give it a 4 star easily"

"After arriving late at night at Kansai Airport, it was very convenient to be able to just walk a couple minutes outside of Terminal 1 and check in to this hotel--no need for a taxi or shuttle bus. The room was clean and comfortable, a wonderful place to shower, relax, and get some sleep after a long flight. The hotel does offer a breakfast buffet which I did not try, but there are also convenient dining options inside the KIX terminal. Every single one of the staff members I encountered--from front desk to cleaning staff--was exceptionally friendly, polite and welcoming in a very Japanese manner of hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for late-night arrivals or early departures from Kansai Airport and would definitely stay here again in the future."

"The biggest disappointment during our stay was being assigned to an older wing of the hotel that was not accurately represented in the booking description or photos. Based on the listing, we expected a more modern and updated experience, so arriving to an outdated section made us feel like we had been pushed into the “older” part of the property without warning. For families especially, transparency matters. If the hotel has significantly different room standards across sections, that should be clearly stated at the time of booking so guests know exactly what they are paying for."
