"We were blown away by how unique the whole experience was and how hospitable the hotel staff was. We were given slippers and traditional robes when we arrived and our luggage was carried to the room for us. Our room was very quaint with a whole tea setup prepared at the table. The dinner was an incredible, elaborate experience that we weren’t expecting. The gardens were beautiful and the hot springs were so relaxing. "

"お部屋の露天風呂も素敵だったんですが、トイレの後ろに水漏れがあり、スタッフに連絡したところ、すぐに新しいお部屋（2人だけど3人部屋で広い部屋）を用意していただいて、夜の食事のときにはドリンク一杯サービスしてもらって、気持ち良く過ごすことができました。"
