Discover the Champagne vineyards of Ay-champagne, with its 35 prestigious cellars (Bollinger, Deutz, Ayala) and its many small producers. Follow the Lalique trail to discover the history of the village, or sample local produce at the Frigousse just down the road. We also rent out electric bikes for rides along the Coulée verte between Chalons en Champagne and Dormans. Taste our gastronomy at the avarum or the rotisserie d'Henri 4.
