A pleasant 5-minute walk along the new river boulevard takes you to the heart of the city, where you will find the best restaurants and bars, the beautiful Plaza de la Laguna and Plaza La Ribera as well as the lively atmosphere of the streets of the pedestrian center, next to the marina. 10 minutes by car from the paradisiacal beaches of Isla Canela and Punta Del Moral, which can also be reached by bike path directly from the house. Across the nearby international bridge, the Portuguese Algarve is a 10-minute drive away.
