Be aware, no sun loungers allowed by the pool. Residents rules apparently. Seems odd. Ayamonte is a beautiful place. Lots of restaurants to chose from. It’s a Tapas haven.

The receptionist I spoke to arrival was very helpful and offered to store our bikes securely near reception. Room had everything we needed for an overnight stay

No frills kind of place. The business take 2 floors of what seems to be a regular residential building. You need to call to arrange check-in, but it was easy and quick.The commercial, non-touristy area and its overall appearance didn't do justice to how clean, and comfortable the room was.

Great hotel, peaceful, relaxing, amazing views.
Lovely hotel on the hill above Ayamonte, a very peaceful location with a beautiful view of the sunset over the river which is the border with Portugal. Clean, good service, ideal if you want to explore the area and stay in a relaxing and chilled space.

The beaches are excellent and not overcrowded. There are many places to eat at reasonable prices with very good seafood. There is not a great deal to do in the area but it is very good for a relaxing holiday. Portugal is easy to get to.
