The apartment is set in a secure, beautifully maintained gated complex of Las Palmeras with landscaped gardens, a swimming pool & children's pool with life guard (Seasonal - June to September), two paddle tennis courts and a children's playground.
Inside, the apartment is furnished in a contemporary style and the three bedrooms sleep 6 people in comfort and every bedroom has opening outside doors and enjoy views of the sea.
The spacious living/dining area with a large smart-tv leads onto the large terrace to enjoy the day and evenings.
The large master suite consists spacious entrance leading to the en-suite and master bedroom which has a double bed, with bedside tables, TV, wardrobe & seat. The en-suite bathroom Is equipped with a bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The other 2 bedrooms each have two single beds and wardrobes and share a second bathroom, again with bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

The marina offers boats rides and hire of jet skis and on the beach you can hire pedalos, windsurfers, etc. The beach offers both a kite and windsurfer's dream with lessons and equipment also readily available for hire.
The Isla Canela golf course is just a 8 minute drive away and the apartment allows easy access courses in Portugal and also Islantilla, El Rompio and Bellavista.
