Flat with two bedrooms and one bathroom, in first line of beach with communal swimming pool and parking space included in the price, fully equipped. Terrace and garden furniture. Lift, air conditioning in main bedroom, bed and bath linen, dishwasher, plasma TV, complete kitchenware, conventional oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, everything you need to feel at home.

Beautiful residential in the centre of Punta del Moral. Direct access to the beach via the 7 km promenade, which joins the ends of our beaches of Isla Canela and Punta del Moral, ideal for walking, sports or cycling with the family.

Wifi throughout the flat. 

 

 

3 km to Isla Canela golf course, 4 km to Ayamonte, 60 km to Faro, 60 km to Huelva and 170 km to Seville.

To get from our offices in Punta del Moral to the flat. 

 

 

You must exit again at the entrance barrier to the port, and continue along Avenida de la Mojarra in the direction of the Hotel Meliá.

Turn right onto Calle Tablazo (the first street next to the sports fields) and then immediately take the first right again onto Paseo de la Cruz. 

On your left is your Residencial (Residencial Playa Grande).

 

Right there you will find a parking space and there you will find your parking space.
