"The stuff Pınar was perfect 👌 very kind very helpful and very positive. The bed , sheets excellent. Bathroom was very clean and fresh. The rooms were very small. The photograph of the rooms seemed much bigger so I was shocked when I saw the room. Also there was not gardrop and enough shelves "

"This is the best hotel in the downtown area. The proprietor is kind, attentive, and has a little poodle mix dog (mija) by his side. Staff is great. Next door is a grocery store, Migros ($$ for parking). A short walk to the main commercial road. After reading all of the reviews, I knew what to expect with music noise. My stay was the end of October- cool nights and fair days so not as much noise as during the summer. They still had live music but I booked room 204 on the 3rd floor with sea views. This was a quiet room. You can still hear voices from next door and the bed will shake when someone walks down the hall. The room contained a double bed, twin bed, and outdoor patio. Spacious but very dark even in the day time. 2 floor lamps would be helpful in this room. The room had a mini fridge, hair dryer, 4 hangers, lots of soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, slippers, a kettle, coffee mugs, plenty of toilet paper, plenty of hot water at all hours of the day and night. The mattresses and pillows were fine. More hangers would be helpful. The room was dirty. Upon arrival there was used dental floss on the sink, the fridge door was dirty, the sheets were clean but had permanent stains all over. The water fixtures suffer from heavy corrosion. The bathroom tiles have yellow urine stains near the toilet and inside the shower. The A/C fan was broken. An attempt was made to fix. TIP: must carry (not wheel) all luggage up stairs and over cobblestone streets. No cars at hotel door. "

"I liked the location, its by the sea with nice views; walking distance to the new shopping center by the sea and the center. Staff were nice, didnt speak english so not much communication. I hated aome terrible smell that came in one day frim the outside, bot sure what it waa but it was jmpssible to stay in the room The door handle in the bathroom was broken, so i couldnt close the door. The shower needs to be replaced. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room with partial sea view was spacious. Shower gel dispenser didn't work properly. There was loud live music coming from the restaurant nextdoor at night. Breakfast was served right by the sea. "

"The hotel pictures are misleading Everything is old Bathroom is disgusting There are small black insects everywhere flying from the bathroom and in the bedrooms Black small insects gnats coming from the sewer in the bathroom It was terrible night we couldn’t sleep they were flying in front of our graces and noses We told the owner about the gnats she said that this is normal for this area bec it’s too old and didn’t do anything about it We suppose to stay there 3 nights and we paid for 3 nights but we left after the first night we were going to leave the same night but we arrived very late and we were scared bec the area is very scary risers are narrow and dirty We were misleaded by the photos of this place We paid for breakfast there is literally nothing to eat there was 4 pieces of string cheese and flies We need full refund of our stay bec it was miserable experience and the host didn’t cooperate with our request Room was very small to fit 4 of us and one small bathroom!! Host said that you are not going to fil all of you bags bec initially we suppose to have 2 bedrooms then reservation changed to one bed room and the host said that bags won’t fit and sea us struggling and didn’t bother to accommodate us Pls refund us for our money and as u see we booked another hotel with Expedia for the same time we booked at this terrible place and pics shows the gnats on the beds cover sheets And the OWNER is very very rude and disrespectful stay away from this place "

"The positive aspects are probably the price, location, and cleanliness. The negative aspects are the lack of evening supervision of the guesthouse, as well as the guests are different, as we had to calm down three young people who were drinking alcohol and smoking until 2 a.m. The guesthouse can be locked from the inside with a deadbolt, making it impossible to open it from the outside with a key. It is unclear who came up with this idea, but there were issues with accessing the guest house as someone had locked the door. We recommend staying there for one night, but no more."
