Your personal experience does not seem to reflect the view of other reviewers.We are small but definitely a 5 * luxury hotel!Thank you for commenting about our friendly staff. The staff at breakfast would have been very happy to serve you more orange juice.Concerning the late check out, we are sorry we could not extend your stay since we were fully booked. We offered you to use the changing facilities with showers, hair dryer, towels to secure that you still can enjoy our facilities and services until the last minute before your departure.We would like to take this opportunity to mention few of our amenities, facilities and unique services that would clarify why we are a luxury five-star hotel in Ayia Napa.When guests arrive, our porter welcomes them and takes their luggage, guiding them to their check in where our friendly and efficient receptionists start the check in procedure for our guests. Our porter will offer a cold towel and a unique cold welcome drink prepared by our bar members.After checking in, our porter accompanies our guests to their room, opening their door and continues to explain our automation system (lights, curtains, A/C) On the TV there is a personalized message for our guests. Our room facilities include a complimentary espresso machine, instant coffee, tea etc. Our guests may later visit our towel kiosk where there is a sunbed allocation system. We escort them to their sunbeds, with towels for sunbed and body plus two complimentary cold waters in a small cool bag.Outdoors we have two pools with the one pool offering water features for water SPA enjoyment. Next to the sunbeds there is a buzzer where our guests can press and a pool waiter will take the guests order for food and drinks. Indoor pool with free sauna and steam bath. SPA services, massage and other treatments. Free Gym and yoga classes with a professional. We also have a Kiosk and hairdressing salon by appointment.On the First floor you will find our Ezaria Restaurant and Breakfast where apart from the buffet you can order your own omelette, poached eggs, fresh juice and various coffees.
